Our Pointe Resort Tapatio Cliffs community and condo have so much to offer. This 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo has been renovated from top to bottom with exceptional care and thoughtfulness. You will love the laminate floors, granite counters throughout, custom paint, upgraded bathrooms & fixtures, and ideal floor plan. The outdoor balcony has lush seating for 8 with spectacular morning sunrises and gorgeous mountain views. You can access the balcony from the master retreat or living room.

Each bedroom and the living room have mounted Samsung Smart flat screen TV's. The kitchen is fully equipped to cook a light breakfast before heading out or even an elegant dinner with family and friends. Enjoy a morning cup of coffee with our Keurig coffee maker while appreciating the mountain views. The master retreat offers a brand new king bed, the ensuite has double sinks, walk in closet, soaking bath & shower option, and luxury towels provided. Our guest bedroom has two full size beds to easily accommodate 4 guests and a great nights rest. We also provide an air mattress an additional 2 guests.

Your Phoenix Vista condo comes with full size appliances including new refrigerator, stove, microwave, dishwasher, and washer & dryer. We also provide an electric water kettle, toaster, spice rack, professional grade pots & pans, wine glasses, luggage racks, ironing board, iron and so much more. Complimentary high speed wifi and cable also included.

When you are not sleeping in, relaxing, or enjoying the balcony with family & friends you can explore the community itself. Our community offers 3 heated pools, hot tubs, BBQ area, walking paths, beautiful fountains throughout, tennis court, basketball court, quiet & gated community. You will also have a reserved parking space close to the condo which is convenient.

As you can see from the pictures we are surrounded by many hiking options including North Mountain Park, Dreamy Draw, and Piestewa Peak to name a new. We are only 15 minutes from Phoenix Sky Harbor Airport so no need to rush to the airport. Paradise Valley & Scottsdale are minutes away. There are numerous dining, entertainment, and shopping options nearby as well. You can even plan a day trip to Sedona, Flagstaff, or Prescott all only a couple of hours away. We love the convenience of being able to get all around the Valley from this location and we think you will too.
