Room service came in finally, after the fourth day of being there and we were out rafting the river for the first time. Agree, the room was disorganized, but they refused to service the room and told the front desk it was messy and they refused to allow us to extend our stay. Absolutely ridiculous, we have already contacted an attorney for discrimination. We did nothing to the room and left it spotless and immaculate.

Overall had a good experience, with the exception of the pool being closed on the one day we planned to use it and us not being informed of that until check in. We may have gone with a different option had we known ahead of time. The breakfast was great. The property was clean and inviting. Only other downside was the weird humidity in the room during the day that led to the room being muggy and smelling like smoke from the smoking area outside.

While I really appreciated the hot breakfast, the preformed patties of sausage and eggs were less than appetizing. Also, I would appreciate breakfast at 6AM, as we left before 7. This is not worth docking a whole star -- I would rate 4 1/2 stars if I could. Otherwise, we were very happy. I would stay there again. We especially appreciated the pet policy and reasonable surcharge.

The staff was great, bed was comfy, linens were clean. It's not fancy, but there's a pool, hot tub, gym, and ice cream vending - it fit our needs for this trip. Breakfast was decent, the breakfast room attendant was awesome.
