The staff was sweet and we appreciated the free Lyft ride to the airport, but our room lacked the basics of soap and conditioner. Housekeeping had opened our window, which we didn't know, so we heard traffic noise all night and didn't realize until morning when we opened the curtains that the window was actually open. Breakfast was okay, but not great. But the people were nice, so that made up for what they lacked.

It's close to the airport and the staff are decent people. breakfast is not much, toast/ bagel eggs and some cereal pancakes. The oddest thing was that when asked for extra blankets, they thought I would run away with them or something but I suppose it is a student area hotel so people may have done that before.

Pleasantly Surprised

I booked this bc I have an early flight the next morning and wanted to stay close to the airport. I wasn’t expecting much- but I was pleasantly surprised. The bed was super comfy, rooms were quiet, and staff was friendly. Easy access to freeway and airport. I will def be staying again.
