This hotel calld me about 5pm as I was driving to the location. When I asked why they were calling, the young lady informed they were contacting me to be sure I wasn't stuck at the airport needing transportation to the hotel. I do a lot of traveling but I have never had a hotel contact me to see if I needed assistance. I told her I truly appreciated them reaching out and I would arrive within the hour. When I arrived the room was clean, neat and comfortable.. service was excellent.

Super Happy with My Experience

Had to find a hotel unexpectedly to stay from the airport this was perfect for my late night needs and comfortable place to stay after a day of travel mishaps. Best service. Thank you Elona. So friendly! 12pm checkout!!! Yes please! And a comfortable safe place to work after checkout before I had to catch a complimentary lift back to the airport.

I was happy to learn upon arrival, pick up service from airport to hotel is free. The set up of rooms were beautiful and extremely clean. Also, the front desk staff were very nice and accommodating. I would definitely recommend and stay again.

Not a great experience

The hotel was not full, and yet I was given a room right in front of the elevator. Needless to say, I got very little sleep. People were standing and talking by my door while they waited for the elevators. They also banged and bumped into my door with their suitcases when they got off the elevator and while they wait for the elevator. It was very frustrating and there was nothing I could do about it.
