Front desk checkin not very friendly. $25 fee to check in an hour early and then she said the $100 deposit is actually $250. She told us it was a big fee if we made any noise after 10pm. Also hotel is hard to get to since you cannot get to it from Bell Road onto Grand, but Google maps kept telling us to go that way and then we would have to turn around on Grand which is not easy, so adds 10 minutes. Hotel is basically in the parking lot of Lowes, so that is not great either. Hotel room was good and breakfast very good with a cool cappuccino machine. Just the check in person not having good customer skills started the stay badly and stuck with me. How you say it is often more important than what you say!

We love this Best Western. From the moment we walk through the sliding doors we know we’re going to enjoy our stay. We’ve stayed here before and we’ve always had the best service. Smiles and hello’s from everyone. The rooms are very nice. The beds are comfortable. Nice and quiet. Breakfast - awesome! We will always stay here while in Phoenix.
