Fenced In Back Yard - Hot tub - King Bed

Our newly renovated home is the perfect place for your group whether its family vacation, friends reunion or bachelor/bachelorette trip. We are in a prime location with only 3 minutes to Walmart, Restaurants, etc

One of my favorite things about this home is an indoor fireplace, fenced in back yard with a campfire area, Hot tub, indoor fireplace and lots of string lights to make it feel like home. We also have a deck that is level with the main floor of the home with outdoor seating and dining.

SPACE INCLUDES:
- Kitchen has Basics for cooking and baking provided
- (2) 55" Smart Tvs
- Electric Fireplace in Main Living Room
- Hot Tub
- Kids Toy Room
- Campfire Area

HOME LAYOUT:
When walking through the front door you can either go up 6 steps to the main floor or go down 7 steps to the basement.

The house was very clean and the layout was very open and spacious. It was a perfect location for my son and I to go to the PGA Championship in Newtown Square and we were able to catch the train in Parkesburg so we didn’t have to deal with the traffic. Great location.

Very clean. Lots of space. It is loud due to proximity to a major road but the privacy hedges and trees help and we were not bothered by it though we didn’t spend time outside due to rainy weather.

Great house and location

We really enjoyed our stay there . The only disadvantage is the loud highway . Other than that it’s a great location and very nice place . We loved the fenced in backyard and hot tub . Would def recommend staying there .

I loved the location of this house. It was close to all Lancaster attractions. The only problem was that it was off the highway, and it was noisy at night. Just take your white noise machine. It helps! The house was clean and spacious. It has all that is needed. We truly enjoyed our family time. We definitely want to go back!
