We got to the hotel and the front desk clerk had an attitude. She appeared to be annoyed that we were checking in at a time where she was sitting at the front eating a bag of Chick-fil-A. The cook told us that he does the bartending the dishes and the cooking. He took forever to get us our food and when we got the food, it was terrible, the guacamole was frozen! We couldn’t even use the guacamole on the quesadilla. The bathroom in the bedroom had not been properly cleaned. There was some sort of pile of dirt or dust or something just sitting on the sink. It was obvious that the sink had not been properly wiped down. Lastly, there was an alarm that was sounding for hours on and off. We weren’t sure if we were supposed to evacuate the building. The alarm sounded while we were still asleep and continued to go for awhile. We were looking to have a couples weekend getaway and this was disappointing.

The Girl at check in was not very sociable. I interrupted her cell phone activity. The room number and WiFi code was scribbled down on pouch with room keys that was barely legible. Had to confirm writing and she was rude.

The view over the creek was nice. Room was mostly comfortable. You can hear everything that's happening in the hallways. Stained carpet, dirty towels, the bed was very oddly positioned, very small pool. But fine for a few nights if you are passing through. Downstairs coffee bar was convenient even though a small coffee is $4. The staff is nice. For $100/night it makes sense but would not pay more.

Bistro food was missing key ingredients. They should have told us that when we ordered so that we could choose something else. In room coffee was included in the description but they did not have any to provide so we had to purchase every morning. The TV screens did not work on the stationary bike. Found a live roach in the room.

We were unable to use the sofa bed because the mattress was in terrible condition. It was soiled and grimey. There was no way we could have slept on it even with the sheets covering it. We had to close it and have my son just sleep curled on the sofa. I spoke with Dev the assistant manager this morning to express my voncerns
