I rented an efficiency room. I called the Tuesday before we went down to verify that we had booked the efficiency room with the cooktop so I could cook in the room because I have a health issue. She looked at the reservation. She said it was just came through. Yes I had rented an efficiency room I would be able to cook in my room. But it has no pots and pants. I went downstairs and talked to the man at the desk who was on the phone for an extended amount of time when he finally got off the phone he started to answer the another phone call with me. Still standing there over 15 minutes I told him if he answered that phone it was not gonna be good cause that wasn’t fair me standing here waiting. I asked him about the pots and pans he said no we don’t supply pots and pans you can go and buy some or did you bring your own? No I did not bring my own because I was not aware that I needed to and no, I’m not gonna go buy more pots and pans when I have new pots and pans at home. Then he said well he could move me to another room and they could see if they have pots and pans in there. I told him I needed him to call his supervisor cause every time I’d say something he’d start laughing very disrespectful. The supervisor said they do not have pots and pans and they haven’t since Covid people kept stealing them. Then another worker came up and she said they never had pots and pants. So I’m not sure what the truth is there. I did end up getting my money back but I’m 6 hours away! Horrible

It was one night stay but not for the price I was chaThe cleanness of the hotel is questionable. All the doors in the room are all dirty. The rooms need a good scrubbing. The hotel provides a continental breakfast. The cook tried the best to please the crowd. My friend and I end up grabbing a bite in the hotel’s lobby as all the tables were occupied by the patrons who were just hanging out in the dining hall. Disappointed!!. Most likely I will not return to this hotel. The only reason we have chosen this hotel it was for 24 hours front desk service.

DIScomfort Inn is a better name

Made reservation months before trip, requested room farthest away from street noise, got room closest to street and stoplight on a hill with semi traffic. Jake brakes late into the night. Hotel seems to be not well maintained for such a new place. Luke warm at best stale dirty dishwater tasting coffee. When I booked hotel advertised Salt water indoor pool, not so. Not up to par with most Comfort Inn locations. Corporate should make a surprise visit.

The check in desk person Vernon was absolutely amazing! Friendly, helpful and overall just a great guy! Also, desk agent Toni was amazing as well. Had a great visit! I love this hotel. It’s my choice whenever I’m in the area, and that is often. The only issue I ever have is that you cannot draw the curtains for a dark room. I drive 14 hours to get to the location to visit my friend and often I’m up for 22+ before I arrive and my unconsciousness is all I seek. Obviously this is my own fault, but it’s literally the only problem I have with the location.

Stay at New Holland Comfort Inn

When we checked into our room there was a lamp with no light bulb in it and at least two bulbs out in the light fixture above the sink. The worst part of all was that there was no shower head in the shower! The room obviously was not inspected or taken care of prior to our check in. We were moved to a different room on the 2nd floor from the first floor at around 9-9:30 in the evening. Terrible
