This was the best hotel I have stayed at in a long time. Price was amazing The room was immaculate. The shower & beds were wonderful. I would definitely tay again. We couldn't use the pool because of renovation but it looked like it was going to great.

We’ve stayed many times before when visiting family and it has been fantastic. We did not know they were deep into renovation this time. First, we were looking forward to relaxing in the pool and hot tub, and discovered when we checked in that they were both closed. The next morning, we were awakened by power tools- the area next to the elevators were being renovated, and our rooms were right next to them. In both cases, it would have been nice to know about the renovations before we arrived- I probably would have chosen another place to stay this time.

Very pleased with our stay overall. The only downside was that there was construction going on which was kind of loud at times. When I made the reservation it had said the construction would be done by the time we went, so we were not expecting that.

We had two very comfortable stays here within a week. The rooms were very clean and the beds were comfortable. The breakfast staff ladies were very helpful and kept the dining area clean and the food fresh.

Stairwell doors slam loudly, unless a person is respectful and holds the door when closing it, like a human, not barrel through it like an animal. Need to stop staying with the poor.

Over priced for what I went through.

No hot water in room. The pool was closed and that’s the only reason I booked that specific hotel… the app didn’t say anything about the pool being closed in fact it had it listed as one of the top amenities for the hotel. I have screen shots for proof. Also I got there after paying through hotels.com and was charged another 50$? They said it was a deposit in case something happened to the room. However I was not told that when I booked the room. What if I didn’t have the extra money and I couldn’t have gotten it and then I would have been out the 100$ I spent on the room in the first place. I’m not happy. And I’m not satisfied I will find a different app to use and definitely a different hotel.
