Great for the price!

Very good accommodation, although, missing both hairdresser, some conveniences in kitchen and towels (which we received after asking at the lobby). Area is excellent with good communication to central Paris and nice cozy restaurants close by. Also a convenient store in the next building over.

Room is large and very comfortablev To take a metro to downtown Is around half an hour. There are some very interesting markets in the weekend. Property deserving of 6 stars really. Staff was amazing, pleasant, patient, accommodating and kind. Area was peaceful and quiet. Safe environment. Captivating view from the terrace. Easy and quick access via local bus route to Eiffel Tower and surrounding vicinity. Shopping: groceries/food within walking distance. Apartment surpassed all expectations, no regrets! We made a reservation for 3 adults. The place doesn’t match the photos on website, the small dining table with 2 chairs, but the big dining table with 4 chairs on website. There is no hair dryer, no ironing and ironing board.

Great place to stay!

My family had a great stay. The apt. comfortably accommodated 3 adults. It was as seen in the pictures and is located in a great place for food and transportation. The area felt safe. The apt./hotel was quiet. It is houses short term/long term and senior residents. The Effiel Tower can be seen from the rooftop. There is no housekeeping services. We got one towel for our 2 week stay and took out your own trash. The staff were nice, spoke some English and were generally helpful. However, they did not fulfill requests for towels or an iron although they said they would. We would stay again.

This place was just awful !!!! It is literally, yes literally a senior citizen home. The hallways stink of cigarette smoke and the “front desk” is on the 2nd floor which we discovered after an hour of wondering around the block and asking for help from nearby businesses like the Subway or the fruit store down the block that were rude and dismissive. If you are under 90 years old DO NOT STAY HERE !!!

This hotel sucks. My train to Paris was delayed a few hours and so I missed check in time. I had to find another place to stay as quickly as possible at like 11 pm once I got there. The train being delayed was out of my hands, yet the hotel refused to even consider giving me a refund. Very inconsiderate, 0/10

The rooms are located inside a senior citizen service building, but it’s not mentioned outside so we were looking for the property for a long time. The front desk charged us city tax which we already paid for. The studio is very nice, clean and spacious. But there were a lot of ‘small’ things that could be better; no floor towel for the open shower (so the bathroom floor is always wet when you shower), only one towel for two people, no hair dryer, a garbage bin in the middle of the room without a lid. There’s a small kitchen which is nice, with a dish washer, but nothing to wash any dishes (soap or towel).

Rent only if you have your own vehicle!

Pros: Nice, clean and large apartment Close to restaurants and shops Breakfast is very basic 8 Euros. Price is fair. Beakfast offers croissants, bread, boil eggs, yogurt, tea, coffee, juice, cereal, muffins, however, croissants and yogurt are missing Cons: No one speaks English No iron. I requested iron twice and they gave me a defective iron without the ironing board. Sunday is a bad day to take a bus for Paris. I was ending up taking taxis for Paris which was cosing 20 to 30 Euros, however, it cost us 70 Euro to travel up to the main Paris train because we had two suitcases. This place is great only if you have your own vehicle. Otherwise, look something in Paris because we ended up paying so much money on the taxis. It's a wastage of time to wait for buses and trams which doesn't run very often.

First of all, they did not disclose that the service apartments are in a senior living facility. Not that it is a deal breaker but it would be nice to know in advance… I came here to work for a week. When I got to my apartment, there was no dish soap, trash bags, or scrubbers. Just odd. I went and bought some. Then the WiFi. Non-existent. The router didn’t work so I called the front desk. They came and said it was a problem with the apartment and would have a tech out on Tuesday (this was Friday). He told me I could hop on other units for the time being. Each unit I tried was hit or miss. They would constantly lose connections. On Tuesday, no tech came. I called and they said “sorry” well send someone tomorrow”. No one ever came. If you are a senior and don’t need to work, it might not be a big deal. I was THERE TO WORK. I will not stay there again.

When I arrived I realized that the hotel shares not only the same entrance with an old people asylum but as well THE HALLWAY AND THE ROOMS. Basically you are paying a hotel rate (which btw, they sell as a 4 star in some pages) to sleep surrounded by old and ill people. Please do not get me wrong. I care deeply for them, but the holiday experience starts wrong just by seeing the poor of them walking lost in their wardrobes all over the hallways, reception, restaurants etc. So no, the hotel does not make this aspect clear and moreover I am surprised of the good rates and no mentions regarding this important aspect. Then, I got a key (a standard one not the touch card) and went into the room. The rooms is decorated like for the old people. It is obvious that they rent the empty rooms while none has reserved long term. Bathrooms have all the discapaccities amenities - it pulls your happy mood down. The side table has a picture of a very old lady with her niece. The electronic watch on the other side table kept buzzing starting midnight each 10 minutes. It took me a while to understand how to remove the batteries. Ok, at night I had to return. Surprise, no one (they assured me that there was a guardian the whole time) answered the interphone. 30’ later an old man walked out so I could get in to sleep. So read carefully as french are not using the same standards of honesty about what they sell you. I must say that it was not a cheap price.
