The apartment was very spacious, clean, and well maintained and updated. It has good security. The neighborhood was very nice and relatively quiet (for an urban apartment) with plenty of good restaurants, cafes, patisseries, and coffee shops nearby. Camille was very responsive to our requests, which was appreciated. However, there were some issues, the biggest of which was the bug bites. We used all three bedrooms and all of us had bug bites on our face, head, neck and hands. The bites happened overnight as we slept. Camille came over and inspected the apartment but found no signs of bed bugs, but there were some insects in that apartment that caused the problems. We do not know what kind or where they were. This resulted in an experience that was not satisfactory. Other issues:* The printed instructions for the washer/dryer said to scan the QR code for operating instructions, but none of the QR codes took me to operating instructions. It would have been better if the instructions were printed out.* Towel rack in one bathroom didn’t work.* It would have been helpful to have printed operating instructions for the towel racks and thermostats.
