I often travel to the U.S. alone and I always stay at this hotel for it's convenience to CDG airport. There is a restaurant for breakfast and dinner. Plus there are lobby options to get some lunch. The staff is always kind to me and the rooms are clean and safe.

The hotel advertised a complimentary shuttle service, which turned out to be the Paris airport CDG VAL shuttle train. On a chilly morning, we had to carry our luggage, and there was an additional fee for dropping it off at the airport terminal. The rooms had an unpleasant odor, and despite our repeated attempts to reach the reception staff, they consistently refused to respond. Consequently, I will not be booking this hotel again.

This is a layover hotel and serves its purpose well. Wake up, 15 min to either terminal 1 or 2. Food is not so terrible. Prices are fair, would stay here again

Advertised a shuttle. Most people would assume it was a pickup service near baggage claim. It was not. The shuttle was an airport tram. One of the stops was for parking. Then it's a dark walkway by the parking lot outside in the cold & rain. You go about a block till you see hotel sign. Misleading

Horrible el servicio! Pague $260 dólares para estar cerca y tener el servicio de shutter y el desayuno, alrededor de las 9 de la noche llame para preguntar si había shutter (shutter en estados unidos es transporte que te lleva desde el aeropuerto a tu hotel dejándote en la puerta, aquí el shutter es un tren que está a 5 minutos caminando para llevarte al aeropuerto) a las 12 de la noche y me dijeron que si, al llegar todo estaba solo y volví a llamar y me contestó un hombre con el nombre de Benjamín y al preguntar acerca del shutter me dijo muy groseramente que todo estaba cerrado y le pregunté y como puedo llegar y me dijo yo no trabajo en el aeropuerto que quiere que yo haga y fue ahí donde le pregunté por su nombre! Me tocó pagar para una distancia de 7 min un Uber y gastar 20 euros! y llegamos hacer el check-in alrededor de la 1 de la mañana por todo el tiempo buscando en el aeropuerto que hacer!Al llegar ahí estaba Benjamin y en todo tiempo por muy irónico con su manera tratar! Por otra parte las regaderas están espantosas, no hay puertas para evitar que se salga el agua, solo cortinas y toda el agua está por todos lados en el baño. El desayuno por el precio no vale la pena, hay tanta gente y me tarde 10 min haciendo fila para hacer un café en la máquina, tenían al rededor de 5 máquinas y solo una estaba funcionando! No lo recomiendo para nada!

Perfect airport hotel. Room was decent size, nice shower. It is a walk from the PR parking stop of the airport shuttle train. Breakfast was fine and I was surprised to see a separate section of gluten-free baked goods.
