The appart was clean and spacious enough for 2/3 (we were 2). The best part was the neighborhood- close to many, many stores, cafes, restaurants, and especially La Grande Epicerie de Paris (a fantastic two story épicerie) which was just down the block!! Metro & RER were close by also ! The only thing I would suggest would be to have information about the use of appliances (oven/microwave, washer/dryer) available for Americans who are not familiar with European models. But, all in all, a good place to stay!

Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Woche. Die Lage der Wohnung ist hervorragend. Öffentliche Verkehrsmittel zahlreich und gut erreichbar.

Great location central Paris

The apartment was great for three people. It was small but clean and well equipped. The location was fantastic, within reasonable walking distance from many key sites.

Great location in Paris but a tight fit

My partner and I stayed here with our two kids, at the time of our stay the listing said the unit slept 7, I’m not sure how that’s possible. There are 2 full beds that are bunks the upper with very little head clearance, and then a sectional in the living area that could maybe sleep 2 small kids (1 on each side), but certainly not adults. With that said this is a great neighborhood with lots of great shops and restaurants and the building is very quiet.

Paris visit

Eric was a great and responsive host. Place was bigger and roomier than expected which was a nice surprise. Apartment had everything you could need plus more. Kitchen was well stocked and all supplies available. Coffee maker was a bonus. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. This was our first trip to Paris so we didn’t know which area to stay. This place is in a nice area, close to Eiffel Tower but far from everywhere else. However, Paris metro was easy to use and two stations are very close. Overall a great place to stay.

Very good place to stay

Overall a very good place to stay. We had 5 adults and while cozy suited our needs for a place to stay. Property owner was very easy to deal with and was very responsive to our texts. Process to check in and out was also very easy. A “guide” to the apartment would have been helpful. Had to figure out a few things but nothing we didn’t figure out. Very good location in a quiet area to Metro, food and tourist spots.

Perfect little spot

Most of the places are small and apartment living in Paris. This was perfect for our family. We had everything we needed in the property. I love having the market down the street for fruits, pastries, and restaurants. 15-20 min walk to the Eiffel Tower. Definitely would recommend and would stay here again! Thank you Eric

Excellent place to explore Paris with wonderful host

The property is well located, close to the Eiffel Tower and two Metro stops. The host was very responsive to all of our messages, and was able to be flexible with out check-in time. The second double bed is a bunk on top of the main bed, so for 4 people, it is best suited for families or young friends who can climb the ladder. Would definitely stay here again!

Family trip to Paris

Great little apartment! The neighborhood is wonderful! Eric was great to communicate with…..he answered all of our questions and let us arrive very early on our check in day with no hassle at all. We fell in love with the Nespresso machine and ordered one to be waiting for us when we get home. If we return to Paris….we will be looking Eric up again for sure!

Nice stay in Passy

This place is in a convenient location, right next to multiple markets and restaurants in a safe area. Just a block from the metro and a 10 min walk to Trocadero for Eiffel tower views. We enjoyed our stay and Eric is a good host and communicative. It was a little tight with 5, so I think 4 is perfect. The twin beds in the listing are the couches, but they are not pull out beds, I just assumed they were. Also the washer will dispense soap automatically, we looked for detergent for too long.

First time in Paris

The apartment is exactly as the listing states. It was clean, had everything we needed. Location was about 15 min walk from apt. Outside entrance had a plaque with business names which surprised me and hallway paint was chipped, plastic cover on stairs which i assume their was some construction going on. However the apartment was well maintained. Many close restaurants Madison's cafe was great! Eric was even able to have room prepared for us to arrive early. Thanks

Wonderful Stay

The space was unique and close to where we wanted to be. To our surprise, the rental is located near many shops and activities. Every time I visit Paris, I will stay at this location. It was honestly the best! Eric was also fantastic. He contacted me way ahead of my trip and kept in contact with me. He also told me how the weather was a few days before my arrival. His communication was excellent. The space was clean and had things around the house we could use. For example, I needed shaving cream the morning of my meeting, and a small container was in the bathroom. That was perfect!

Super cute spot

Eric was a fantastic host, easy to communicate with… It was a great location less than a 15 minute walk to the Eiffel Tower. Short walk to both metro and the RER! Great layout for a small apartment and close to markets and grocery stores.

Perfect location, nice house, seamless checkin/out procedures.

Hassle free check in and out. Amazing efficiency. 3 mins walking to line 9 station. Great neighborhood. So convenient to street malls, grocery store and restaurants. Dryer is a plus. We feel like this is just a family style house that we need in Paris. Thank you!

Not exactly what we thought we were getting

The apartment was clean...ish. the washer/dryer doesn't really dry anything and I had to clean it. The owner was relatively responsive, I'm sure he has a job, so I didn't expect immediate replies. Luckily there were only three of us, otherwise I don't know where people would've slept. The location is phenomenal, super close to some cute cafes and the train station!

Great location

The keyless check-in was great. Eric was accommodating and easy to communicate with. The apartment was nice, clean and well stocked. Wonderful location - close to shops and restaurants and within walking of the Eiffel Tower. Easy access to Metro and train to get wherever you want to go. The apartment was small for four adults - one of us had to sleep on couch in living room. We made do though.

Great little place in wonderful lication

We stayed in this cute little apartment with a family of 4. It worked out great for our short stay. The apartment is well equipped, walking distance to the Eiffel Tower several metro stations and bus lines. Communication with the owner is easy and fast. I highly recommend!

Top Lage

Die Lage war super, 15min zu Fuß vom Eiffelturm entfernt. Auch viele andere Sehenswürdigkeiten wie der Triumphbogen,Montparnasse Tower, das Louvre Museum etc. waren mit dem Bus oder mit der U-Bahn sehr schnell erreichbar. In der Nähe waren viele Supermärkte, ein Mci und sonstiges was man sehr gut zu Fuß erreichen konnte. Die Unterkunft selbst war sehr sauber, hatte alles zum Wohlfühlen. Wir hatten anfangs nur Probleme den Rolloschalter fürs Schlafzimmer zu finden, war eine lustige Suchaktion. Alles in allem sehr zu empfehlen!
