Welcome to my home! I welcome you to my 90 square meter apartment in the heart of the 11th arrondissement of Paris. It's ideally located near the Place de la BASTILLE and the MARAIS district. The Space:

Welcome to my superb duplex apartment in the heart of the 11th arrondissement.



The apartment is located in a luxury residence called "Le Patio des Artistes". Open the first door and you'll find yourself in a beautiful courtyard with a green wall, a real haven of peace in the middle of this lively district.



This large 95m2 3-room former artist's studio can accommodate up to 6 people. It is located on the 1st floor with elevator.



You'll find :

- A large, bright living room with open kitchen, dining area, sitting area with sofa bed, trundle bed, and wifi.

- On the second floor, you'll find 2 double bedrooms with a 160cm bed and a 140cm bed, storage space and access to a quiet courtyard.

- The kitchen is fully equipped: fridge, freezer, Nespresso coffee maker, hob, toaster, oven, microwave,

- Large, modern bathroom with bathtub

- Toilets on the first floor and upstairs in the bathroom

A hairdryer and washing machine are also available.



The cleaning fee includes clean sheets and towels for each guest, and cleaning is carried out by a professional cleaning agent.

The Neighborhood:

Paris' 11th arrondissement stretches from the Place de la Bastille to the Place de la Nation and the Place de la République. Far from being uniform, it is nevertheless homogeneous in the sense that it's a lively arrondissement, full of bars and restaurants, where there's plenty to experience.

The Bastille district is particularly lively, overlooking numerous shopping areas, offices, colleges and hospitals, as well as the Gare de Lyon, which brings a steady stream of travelers to the center.
