My experience with this hotel was horrible. Faulty bathroom doors that were hard to open and close. My arm and hands were hurting. Staff was very unprofessional and they had no empathy. I did make contact with the supervisor on staff. She never got back to me. I will never come back to this hotel again.

Nasty Hotel

This place is dirty and nasty,starting with the nasty elevator,and then when you enter your hallway, the carpet is disgusting and has an awful stench,the floors and carpet in the room was dirty the bathroom smelled of urine and the shower area was full of black mold,the view was wonderful,but the chairs and table on the balcony were moldy,your hotel ruined my 65th Birthday trip,I would never return there.

Perfect hotel.

Perfect beach stay. Ash for a view with a balcony, you won’t be disappointed. I just wish you had a sit down restaurant as there wasn’t much to eat around just bars and too many college kids. TBF they have an Italian bistro you order at the bar type of thing and I do not care for that. If I’m paying I want to eat at a table. We just ate by the Pier. The bar is good but get Prosecco guys!!

Terrible check in

It was a terrible check in process! My room wasnt ready at 4 for check in. Finally got my keys at 5pm. Keys didnt work! Didnt end up getting into my room until 515, which in turn delayed all the plans we had for the evening.
