This hotel is not what it used to be. We stayed here about 3 years ago and it was fine. This time not so much. The hotel looks dirty and old. Our room had many dirty parts and we even found hair in the shower from the previous guests. The glass door to the balcony was dirty, and it had hand prints. The sheets on the beds had old stains in them. Maybe time to replace them? Overall it felt like we stayed in an old hotel. The only good thing was the ocean view, but that’s it. I would stay out of this hotel next time we visit. Not worth it. Even the employees at check in and out were not friendly at all. Didn’t even greet me as I approached the counter. Not a good experience. :(

Great location directly on the beach! The inside of the hotel was managed very well and kept very tidy and neat despite the high traffic through a beach area. Good breakfast, good experience. Would absolutely come back and stay.

The hotel is very nice. The lobby area was very clean and spacious. I loved the convenience of easy access to the beach. The biggest down side was the parking. The booking site did not clearly indicate that parking was an additional cost which had to be paid onsite and increased the total room cost. Nevertheless, I would likely stay there again.

The location was great! The hotel service was a bit slow at the front desk, only 1 person working and there was always a line of people waiting. The rooms were clean , but they could use a facelift for sure. We had an ocean view room with a balcony, which was great! Lots of kids at this resort, so if you are looking for a quiet adult vibe, this isn’t the place.

Hotel was clean and well maintained. Great location, clean and comfortable rooms. Just as one would expect. Only downfall is the eggs on the breakfast buffet were not good, and each day they had cheese in them. My husband cannot have dairy so his breakfast was quite limited. The pork sausage was fabulous.
