🏕️ THE CONDO
Edge of the Sea offers stunning views of the pristine beaches from nearly every room. With its open layout and large windows, this cozy condo provides breathtaking Gulf views while being situated in a gated resort community. The interior of the condo is fully furnished and thoughtfully designed to maximize both comfort and functionality. There are large glass doors that lead to the private covered balcony. Your entire stay will be filled with the sights and sounds of the water and the beach.

The living area is designed to be a spot for the group to relax and enjoy the indoors while still having access to the beautiful beach views. There is plenty of comfortable seating, a large Smart TV, and a convenient dining table.

The condo comfortably accommodates up to 5 guests, making it a perfect spot for couples, small families, or friends who are looking for a relaxing time away.

🛌 SLEEPING
The master bedroom includes a comfortable king bed and access to the balcony. There is also a twin-over-twin bunk bed and a queen sleeper sofa located in the living room for additional sleeping space.

🍽️ EATING
Fully equipped kitchen. The kitchen includes a full-sized refrigerator, dishwasher, stove, microwave, and a full suite of appliances perfect for making any type of meals throughout your stay! The cabin includes pots, pans, glasses, plates, silverware, etc. The dining area is adjacent to the kitchen and has a table for additional seating.

* There is a security gate for access to onsite parking. Parking for 1 vehicle is included in your reservation with the option to add 1 additional parking pass for a $25 fee. The gate in front of the Leeward Building serves as a back entrance accessible only to owners. Access for guests is via the main security gate, manned 24/7 by security personnel.

* The resort has a quiet hours ordinance from 10pm-7am. Any guests violating this ordinance will be assessed an additional security fee of up to $500.
* Maximum occupancy is 5 guests.
* There is a strict no-smoking policy.
* There is a strict no-pet policy.
* We provide a starter set of toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, soaps/shampoos, and detergent. If you are staying for an extended period, you may need to bring extras with you or prepare to pick them up during your stay!
* The fee for parking is included in your total payment. No additional fees or charges!

* We are unable to offer refunds due to weather or weather-related conditions, power outages, road conditions, or acts of God. We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to cover unforeseen circumstances.

* We are unable to provide a late check-out without written approval. If a guest does not vacate the property by 10AM on their scheduled day of departure, the fee for failing to vacate is $100.00 for each half hour that the guest fails to vacate the property.
*There is a strict no-smoking policy. This includes inside the condo and on the balcony.

*There is a strict no-pet policy.

Any guests violating these rules will be assessed an additional $500 cleaning fee.
