This condo is well taken care of. It's my own property that I personally manage. No bulk rental company or long lines to wait in on check in or out! I will make sure all issues are addressed first hand.

Emerald Beach Resort is painting the building in the Winter of 2025 to 2026. This unit is scheduled to have crews painting balconies between Jan 1 and Feb 6th which will close the balcony periodically while crew workers paint during the day time, re-opening them after 5p. Schedule may change as crews complete work!

We're a mile from the popular and famous Pier Park. Located in a great location for family activities and fun. Walking distance to parks, zoos, racetracks, aquariums and restaurants. Next door to a beach front bar and grill that you'll actually enjoy going to! Great food and drink specials year round with beach front indoor and outdoor seating.

This on the beach property is comfortably furnished and was recently refreshed. No bulk hotel furniture here. The views from the balcony are spectacular, many times you can see dolphins swimming right from the living room. You’re literally on the beach.
