Everything was great for just 2 people. We were there for a wedding and able to walk to everything near by. We did use our rental car more than normal due to the weather (rain). But usually we just walk most places when staying at the Village condos. Easy to communicate with management but wasn’t necessary for our trip. Any star rating I put under 5 was not a negative rating for me. We didn’t use the pools so didn’t feel I could accurately rate them; but they were conveniently located from the condo. We bought the weather insurance and it paid off due to the rain. Highly recommend getting when bad weather in the forecast. We would stay again. Thank you!

Reba was a great host! The condo was perfect for us 2! The location is in the middle and within walking distance to everything. This is was our first time in this area and we will definitely be back and rent from Reba again.

I would stay here again! The location was right in the middle of everything which was great. There was live music on the green space every night. The beach access was a little far to walk, but there is a free tram service you can use during the day. It stops running around 5:30. Only thing I didn’t love is that it says the bed is a Queen, but I’m pretty sure it is a Full. It felt very small. Overall, the room and location was great and we would stay again!

30A vacation

The condo was perfect and the location was amazing! It’s a 5 minute drive to public beach access if you don’t want to utilize the private beach access through the neighboring community. Parking is an issue towards the evening with outside guests coming to eat dinner at the restaurants onsite. A little inconvenient at times just plan a head to be parked before the dinner time rush. Overall an amazing condo and location!!!

Great place with great location

My wife and I stayed here with our 1 year old son. The room wasn’t huge, though honestly bigger than I expected, and had enough room for his crib next to the bed. Everything was clean and had what we needed. There was always a parking spot and the community pool was really nice! We also really enjoyed the little square out front with food options and live music every night (though the room stayed perfectly quiet). Maybe my only complaint is that the beach access for this community was slightly farther than I expected (about an 8 minute walk, trams did run during the days) and got crowded in the middle of the day since we were restricted to kind of a small area. Overall it was an awesome place to stay with a great location and we plan on coming back!

Nice for a first time.

Small but enough for two. Bring your own beach towel. Seacrest beach is super crowded. Make umbrella/chair reservations in advance online for front row. The bracelets were oily, so i washed before wearing. There are no fans in the bathroom and with all the wet clothes and towels it get humid in the room so close the door. If you leave the AC on for too lo g it will drip water. So turn it off when u can. Ob if you are sensitive to detergents bring your own pillow or sheets. Im super allergic and luckily brought my own stuff. My husband smelled like the detergent from the sheets and comforters. Oh. If u want to eat at a popular restaurant. Havana. Pescado. Or paradis. Do yourself a favor and book reservations in advance or it will be booked.

Lovely Stay!

Just spent a long weekend staying at this VRBO as a little birthday treat! Unit was clean, nicely decorated, & the bed was super comfy cozy! This location is in prime walking distance to both downtown Rosemary (5 minute walk) & the beach (8-10 minute walk). Ideal for a couple’s getaway or a little solo trip - especially if you are someone who likes peace & quiet after 10pm. Would definitely stay here again.- thanks, Reba!

We were in town for a wedding at Rosemary Beach Town Hall. While we only used the unit to sleep, it was clean, comfortable, and well stocked. The surrounding property has many restaurants and shopping, super easy access to beach as well. Property manager was great. Highly recommend!

Best Trip!

Our trip to Rosemary Beach was the best. Everything was walkable and steps away from us. The area was very safe and quiet at night, which was great! Reba’s place was very clean and had everything we needed in a little getaway. We will definitely return!
