We had a great vacation at Greta’s condo! The unit was clean, beautifully, and well-appointed. The balcony is very large with a perfect view which quickly became our favorite chill spot. Riley was super responsive and helpful throughout the booking process. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here anytime—5-star accommodations all the way!

Reviewer Comments: It was great...only issue is that you may want to place thicker curtains in the front room due to i could see my guest changing clothes when I got off the elevator through the curtains with the room light on.

Great Condo!

My family of four enjoyed this location. There were a few minor hiccups with the tv upon arrival but it was quickly resolved. The unit was exactly as pictured and clean. The customer service with the rental company was superb!!! I will definitely stay here again.

Thank you so much for sharing your place with us. This has been a truly relaxing and peaceful retreat. Parking was so convenient and we love that the unit was right near the elevator. Breathtaking views. It was truly a great experience for us and we can’t wait to come back next year.

Memorial Day

Check in was easy, condo was accurately described, very clean, beds super comfy. Convenient location, beach chair service was nice. Really enjoyed our stay. The only thing I would complain about is the hot water had a governor so you had to be super fast taking a shower because you would run out of hot water. This was okay for me, but was a challenge for my mother who is on dialysis and moves much slower than I do. She would be freezing by the time she finished showering since the water would turn cold, luckily we were in Florida and she warmed up quickly. That didn't ruin our stay, we had a great time.

Not a penthouse condo

The place was ok but the last day was ruined due to security having me remove my daughters lights we had put up for her birthday. Never again!!!

Perfect Family Getaway

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: From the beginning booking was soo easy and smooth and that is was set the tone for our trip. Anything and every little bit of information is available just a few clicks away. The detailed information for arrival and departure were amazing they were your run of the mill things to do BUT having it laid out how they did just made everything so much easier. The condo itself was so beautiful and clean. We were supplies with all the essentials we needed which made it that more enjoyable. The beds are supper comfy and the view was breathtaking. The building itself felt very exclusive, security made sure everyone in the area was actually supposed to be there and made sure we were safe which was great especially with having kids... all in all 10 out of 10. Definitely will be booking again!!

Ocean Reef 2105/needs a good cleaning

It did have a beautiful balcony and ocean. As we checked in,I had to sweep the floor to remove the sand all over the living area. The cabinet sliding doors were filthy. They looked as if they had not been wiped off in a very long time. The refrigerator looked as if it had been wiped off with a dirty cloth Smeared all over. I wiped the counters as they were still dirty with crumbs. Paying the price we did for the condo, you would think it would be cleaner than how we found it. Problem with elevators but we made it work. Not sure we will visit here again.

The deck is huge and the view is the best we’ve ever had in PCB. Weather couldn’t be helped and the elevators are extremely slow at check-in time. Vacationers might do themselves a favor and not try to get up and down stairs until an hour or so after check-in, especially if you are on a high floor. We will try to stay here again next year!

Kitchen sink was broke and leaking, floor and rug mat completely soaked, we clean up mess ourselves, we text and called and no one seemed to care, we got no response at all, someone said it was fixed before we got there but seeing a kitchen pan underneath the sink which I have a picture of wasn’t fixed!! Guest bathroom tile in front of tub and toilet needs fixed and dishwasher doesn’t rinse, we didn’t use it but were told it didn’t work! Panama City beach is fabulous we will be back but maybe not that exact unit.
