Two separate living spaces and an oversized lot offer plenty of privacy.

The classic ground level living space sleeps 8, with three bedrooms, 2 full baths, and a cozy living area with a modern kitchenette with coffee station. The bayside bedroom has a queen sized bed and en-suite bath. The Gulf side bedroom has two twin beds and a jack and jill bath that is also accessible from the living space. The third bedroom has twin bunk beds. There is also a full sleeper sofa.

Enjoy your morning cup of coffee on the quiet Gulf side screened porch or head upstairs to the main house for a bird's eye view of the sandy shore.

The second story living space is accessed by a set of covered stairs and includes a large open living room with vaulted ceilings, gorgeous natural light, dining area, and a spacious kitchen.

The Gulf side primary bedroom has a king sized bed and full bath, and access to the ample open deck.

The sundeck offers plenty of seating to soak up the Gulf breezes, dine alfresco and take in the spectacular sunsets.

Perhaps the only sight that rivals the sunsets in the evening is the starlit sky at night around the fire pit.
