The parking is not free and should have been disclosed before booking. I also had the problem with wifi and the front desk gave me their IT helpdesk number instead you resolving at their end.

Hotel was clean and updated. Our room was a suite and had an odd smell. Very spacious in the suite - king bed, full kitchen, large L shaped couch with a pull-out bed. The fitness room was great and the indoor pool was fantastic - best indoor hotel pool I’ve seen to date!

We recently stayed for three nights and really enjoyed the hotel. Our room was very spacious and we appreciated the kitchen which was fully equipped with everything we needed. Even though the hotel was very busy our room was nice and quiet. Location was great, an easy walk to all the sites and close to the subway for longer trips. The pool was a nice bonus as well.I would definitely stay again the next time I’m in Ottawa.

For a hotel of that size, two elevators is inadequate. Long delays in the morning especially with luggage. Wasted cupboard space in the kitchen because of the position and size of the microwave. Otherwise the 1 bedroom suite was very spacious. Even with lots of kids staying in the hotel, the room was quiet. Would stay again. Easy to exit to the highway or over to Gatineau.

Very pleasant stay. Room spacious, well equiped and has blackout drapes for sleeping in. Breakfast options were one of the best - tacos anyone? Staff polite, hardworking and attentive. The cleaning of carpets on hallways and elevators could have been more frequent and thorough. Otherwise, perfect.
