I am not sure if it's just my room. But my room was noisy. I kept hearing noises near the door. It kept me awake at night. I only stayed for 2 nights.So I just grinned and beared it. The shuttle bus took us to the back of Disney Springs to be dropped off. Where we were subjected to security screening. If you came in from the front, either you drive yourself or came on a shuttle bus from a Disney Resort, you weren't screened. I'm not sure why its like that. The room it was really clean and the hotel was great. But with the noise and shuttle situation. I just don't think I'll be staying there again.

The buses to get to the parks are inconvenient. They no longer leave you at the same area as the Disney buses .. they drop you off further away.

The worst customer service I have ever experienced. The valet staff lost the key to our car, the only reason we were even able to drive home was because I brought the spare with us. The worst part was that the manager of valet did not even come to apologize. The manager of the hotel said she could not donanything because it was the valer's problem. They had us write an incident report and they told us they would get back to us IF there was a resolution. We left with no apology, no key and no resolution. A complete waste of time and interruption of our vacation. My family and I will never be back here again.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The room was clean, the bed and pillows were comfortable. We loved watching the fireworks from our room every night. There was plenty of fun things to do on property when we were not at the theme parks.

Mixed review at Dolphin resort at Disney

Good: walking distance to Epcot and boat taxis to parks and back are very convenient. Front desk team was polite and helpful. Pool and gym are wonderful. Food and beverage service at pool was quick. Hotel is very clean. Bad: They charge $38/night for parking and there is no parking at the hotel because of construction. That was not disclosed when room was booked. You have to park at the sister property and walk. No discount on parking fee. Also, they have an AI phone system that you can’t get through to talk to a person. Tried two different nights to call down to front desk to get information and to get towels. Both times had to go down in person because could not get through on phone. Room quite small for price as well.

Dolphin OK but not as nice as 4 Seasons

No one was at the pool to help with towels, food, etc. and the restaurant staff at Blue were rude and snooty. High level service should be making a guest feel valued. There is some Disney magic lost here in this huge resort, but the boat ride to Hollywood Studios, Epcot, and the access to Disney Boardwalk are worth it.
