Great property. Modern and clean. The rooms are cute and the property has a perfect area for group dinners or hangouts. The pool was clean. We opted for early check in, which was great! There was coffee, dishwasher pods, laundry pods, etc. The rules were reasonable They used a different app for the check-in process and it was phenomenal. The support was quick and prompt. We had two problems during our stay and the host could not fix it: 1) the games in the game room shut down the first day and no one could correctly tell us how to fix it, which was a huge disappointment to the kids. 2) the listing said 5 cars but the gate guard said the rules were now 4. When we asked the host to fix it they literally sent a text that said “not our fault”. But if the listing said 5 cars, that’s what we should have received. They offered to pay for parking but we were able to park at a Publix up the road. We had to shuffle people and gate cards. It was a huge inconvenience and the host didn’t even try to make it right they just kept blaming the guardhouse, who threatened us multiple times to tow our cars and was rude. It made for an uncomfortable stay. Overall we would book it again, but be aware that 1) the host is unable (or unwilling) to respond in-person to any problems you may have. 2) parking can be a nightmare and the property listing may contain inaccuracies that the host may will not take responsibility for. Their own app is phenomenal and support is friendly.
