On arrival extremely disappointed with cleanliness, think you should be looking into cleaning contract. I have plenty pictures as evidence. Rubbish on floor in living area swept under settees. Patio door very difficult to slide open and shut as there seems to have forced entry at some point. Vast amount of dead flies on carpets/skirting areas in upstairs bedrooms. One of bathrooms had cracked tiles and puddle of urine at side of toilet pan when we arrived. Cinema/games room seats are all badly ripped. Lovely villa but needing deep clean and bit of upgrading.

Storey lake

Home is beautiful. The kids all loved their stay. There were some minor glitches but we still loved our stay. We have stayed in many Vacation homes and this was definitely our favorite. The resort is great and the homes are so new and modern. Loved having a Sam’s, target and Walmart within minutes. Very close to all theme parks- took 15 minutes to get to all of them.

Amazing house

I and my family spent 4 days at this beautiful house and had an incredible time! Everything as advertised as far as what you can see in the pictures. Aside from just some minor hiccups, we really enjoyed the house. The house was really easily accessible and very well kept and clean. The location was really great too. A couple of minor details that would be a good idea to address: 1. The video game consoles controllers were broken so our kids could not use them, they brought their own video games so this was not a big issue for us. 2. One of the entrances to the complex was not working so we always had to go around to the main gate even though the house was located closer to this other gate. There was no sign telling the gate wasn't working which was a little challenging figuring it out when we got there originally. 3. Wouldn't be a bad idea flushing out the pool heat situation/details a little better since we ended up spending quite some time with the maintenance people on the phone trying to figure out how to adjust it to a proper temperature. Again, none of these hiccups were deal breakers for us as we are used to renting houses inside complexes and know how things work. Aside from this, everything else was perfect, and would both recommend anyone to visit this house and come here again with our family and friends. -Jose
