Shower drain backed up, and water almost overflowed onto the floor. There were dark spots on the bottom bed sheet that we had to wash by hand to remove. When I asked about a refund, I was told that since I booked through Expedia there was nothing they could do.

The facility was very clean and well-kept. The staff was friendly. My room was nice- a bit smaller than I expected, but had a nice, large modern TV with streaming available. The breakfast area was nice and the food was decent. My only issue was with the noise. There is no sound-proofing from the hallway noise. Before 5 am doors were slamming around me and the guest in the room above me was stomping around so loudly that I gave up on trying to sleep. I am sensitive to loud, sudden noises and being woken up to that is a really bad way to start my day. It is only for that reason I would not stay here again.
