"When we arrived at the hotel around 8 pm and the room was not ready. We had one of the larger suites and after entering the room, there seemed to be vomit on a hall mirror and clogged bathroom sink with water and black debris floating in it. Next, there were no sheets or pillows for the pull-out sofa so we had to call housekeeping. The phone system was terrible. You had to speak to an automated voice for service and at times it took a long time to speak with someone human. We had 4 card keys and they hardly worked during our stay. Although the night manager did remove one fee resort charge I think more could have been done."

"This was not the great stay i had hoped for. I was pretty dependent on the refrigerator and freezer but both were broken. Upon learning about the fridge i tried to call the front desk but that went to a voicemail after 10pm. There were no ice machines at all they are supposed to be in the room in the broken fridge and freezer... there was paint peeling off the wall where the headboard would be. Over all it was very lack lust compared to a simple holiday inn. The bathtub and shower are nice though and they did have netflix pre-programmed on the tvs. If the room would have been 100% functional from the start then my opinion whould have been much higher. Check-in is also at 4pm so a bit on the late side for staycation activities."
