Located midtown on the ocean block right off the Route 90 bridge.
Just Beachy 5C is a three-level townhouse located on a quiet side
street just steps from the sand. This four-bedroom, three-
bathroom townhome has two east facing furnished balconies
overlooking a quiet, family-friendly neighborhood. It is the perfect
place to call home for a week at the beach! The comfortable living
room is furnished with a sectional sofa along with a matching arm
chair, and a 47-inch smart TV. Right off the living room is a large
dining area. The sliding glass doors allow plenty of natural light to
brighten the space. Next to the dining area is a fully-stocked
kitchen with a wide counter top to prepare fun family meals. The
second-floor bedroom is right off the kitchen and has a twin XL
bed, a full bed, and a smart TV. The top floor master bedroom has
a king-size bed, smart TV, private bathroom, large walk-in closet,
and a private balcony. The third bedroom has a queen-size bed,
smart TV, and a shared bathroom with the fourth bedroom which
has twin bunk beds and a smart TV, (perfect for kids)! This
property comfortably sleeps ten to eleven people, so bring the
whole family or share the week with your best friends!
Plenty of great places to eat and shop are close by: Dead
Freddies, Annabelles BBQ with the Border Cantina, Ricks
Grocery Market and Candy Kitchen are right across Coastal
Highway. Enjoy a short walk to Fagers Island or Touch of Italy. The
great Seaside Deli is close by on 72nd Street.

The rental was ready 2 hrs early, which was very nice. Check in was easy, provided ID and was handed an envelope with the keys, parking passes and next year rental form. Check-in was 5-10 minutes, very quick and efficient. Upon arrival, the rental was very clean and the kitchen was well stocked with utensils, plates, glasses, cookware and the appliances were very clean.
