Staff was friendly and helpful, the rooms were nice and pretty, and it was in convenient walking distance to restaurants, miniature golf and shops. Lovely ocean front view and clean.

Great location snd fabulous view! Nice staff and clean room. Tiny bathroom though. Convenient parking. We often pick this hotel. Only complaint was our door had a gap and didn't seem to shut properly. When the wind blew our door rattled and sounded like someone was trying to get in and it blew cold air through the gap. It kept us up a good bit.

Get the balcony room! It was worth it. For the money compared to other ocean view rooms, the room was worth it. Walls are a bit thin but if you run the air conditioner unit, it will block excess noise. I would recommend top or 4th floor. We had the 3rd and the noise from the boardwalk easily drifted to our room. Our last night, it took a long time to get hot water in the shower. By the time the 3rd person in our group room took theirs, it was fine.

Amazing! I had to come to OC for a night for a work trip. I had to bring my dog along, which I’ve never done. Not only did they make it so easy for me, but they also allowed me to do a slightly earlier check-in and check-out so I could work without worrying about where to keep my pooch.
