I really enjoy my stay. I went down by myself to be in the area while my daughter attended senior week. The place was clean, the staff were so friendly. My room was the perfect size for just myself. I would stay again. I wish the check in took place in the building and not across the street and that the room was available at the 4pm check in time. I had to wait an hour to actually get in my room. Other than that, everything was good.

Room was not ready for a relatively late advertised check in (4PM). We were in the alternate building, which though old & small (and no elevator that we saw), it had what we needed... mini fridge / microwave, place to hang clothes (NO closet), A/C that worked, clean sheets, clean bathroom, decent/newish carpet. The terrace across the street at the main building is very big and nice. Also, very convenient that fractured prune donuts and a very very swanky coffee shop/bakery is in the building. I would warn that the walls in the old building are PAPER THIN. Folks were on the front porch til 3AM and you could hear every word they said.

Front desk staff were not as helpful and one lady even picked up the phone while we were still talking. Wasn’t able to check in early. Had to keep checking in and received call that room was ready after I already got the key Cleaning staff at beach house were helpful and friendly Beach house rooms were small but beds were comfortable and room were clean I don’t believe they had an elevator and was on 3rd floor. Not bad for us but those with babies had to work harder Overall if you want to save money then it’s not bad but front desk has made me not want to come back
