Easily walkable to event. Very modern, smart fridge not smart, no freezer. Nice staff, mostly. Valet expensive but quick. Breakfast food was good but shut down at 9,& ran out before that. Out of coffee too early all days(3). Pricey but thats a corporate decision. Nice view of the city& bay, convenient to freeway.

We don't usually stay at nicer hotels and when we do we're treated like they can smell the lower middle class on us. Not here, everyone was very nice and service was exceptional. Emerson at the front desk was especially kind and helpful.

The toilet broke and wouldn’t flush when we got into the room. Called to have someone come up to fix it. The front desk said they would send someone up. We left to go to a concert and came back and the toilet was still broken. We dealt with it and tried to fix it in the morning. Called again and they said they would send someone up. We waited a couple hours and no one came. We let the front desk know when we checked out and they apologized. It’s frustrating paying for a room and something that is a necessity is broken the entire stay.
