"The room was oversized with a living room and kitchenette and a comfy bed. My only complaint is that there wasn't an in room safe. I returned my car rental the night before my flight and the hotel shuttle picked me up and returned me to the hotel. FYI, the gas station is not located directly next to the car rental return, so I would suggest entering gas station in your GPS first and then return your car rental. The front desk was helpful with dining options and coupons and the Spotted Cow across the street, has excellent food."

"Nice, place, would I stay here again? Doubtful. I really just don't understand the need to charge for parking. It's not like it's a shared parking lot. Just another reason to squeeze more money out of the customer. Really ridiculous, especially when there are so many hotels in the Raliegh area to choose from. I paid extra for the hospitality suite access, however it was closed, no reason given. Was told to get something from the market & tell them at the desk. That's all well & good, but no one feels like waiting for an elevator to go to the lobby & have to explain what you were told about the access to the front desk staff. Disappointing to say the least. Parking should have been refunded in lieu of the lack of hospitality suite access."
