I stayed at this property over the Black Friday shopping weekend and, unfortunately, encountered several notable issues. Upon check-in, I was assigned a room that was already occupied — an error that should never occur. The same mistake happened to my parents, who had arrived just one hour earlier. Having two guests assigned to occupied rooms within such a short timeframe raises concerns about the hotel’s front desk procedures and overall management.
Additionally, breakfast is only complimentary for Hilton Honors members and was fairly standard in quality. Housekeeping is provided only every other day, requiring guests to request fresh towels and trash removal as needed.
Given that this is a relatively new hotel, we expected a smoother, more refined experience. Unfortunately, the stay did not meet those expectations.
