The room was perfect size and very clean. The young lady at the front desk was new and was very kind and patient with my change in room request. Her manager was very patient and took that opportunity to show her how to do a new task.

The location is great. Breakfast was good. They cooked omelette without ham as per our request. The only issue was the food at the dinner. Chicken fingers and ceaser salad were too salty and impossible to eat.

We were on a Roadtrip. We wanted something without the fuss but be a hub for our activities at North Conway. This hotel did all that but also provided a little extra something you knew you could come back to (a bar, pool and free s’mores around the fire pit). Fabulously modern, clean and in just the right spot. Will be returning.
