The view from the room was great. The room was clean the bed was very comfortable. Our housekeeper was great he was the to made sure we had towels and he got us a changer clock for our phones. Nice breakfast with waffles.the patio was nice to sit outside.. He went out of his way to make our stay nice. The pool was clean. The front desk was nice and helpful thank you very much.

The hotel room is not even close to the pictures on the website. The concierge (a gentleman who was talking on his cellphone) was not at all welcoming, informative, or firendly. He treated us as people who have to stay at the hotel and have no other choice. The guy hardly even answered to any questions. We were given a room outside the main building. We were never informed of this on the website. The room had single layered windows, so you can get a good share of the street noise. There were no elevators to the room and we had to take the stairs to go up two stories. There was only view of the parking, far from the desrcibed "Falls View". The faucet at the sink was moving and part of the water poured over the surface around the sink. The bed was old and squeaked heavily as you tossed about, making loud noise. The bathroom, towels, linens, and the room were clean. The cleaning lady was friendly and helpful. Overall, if they improve the above mentioned technical problems, provide honest information about the rooms on the website, and train their conierge people, it can be a good place.

The property is oolder but very clean. Management is friendly and helpful. This is the only place I have stayed that offers a full sit down breakfast free as part of your stay. I was expecting continental but it was a nice surprise to see eggs,sausage, toast, cereal, waffles as well as coffee and juices. Beds were comfortable. I will gladly stay again when I am in Niagara

Cleanliness and size of room were the only positives. Hair dryer, coffee maker and fridge didn’t work. Room had the smell of old cigarette smoke as did two other rooms that I went into. Hotel sorely needs a refresh. Morning front desk man not at all pleasant however evening staff was very apologetic for the room but because they were fully booked with tournaments couldn’t change rooms. No compensation because I didn’t book directly with the hotel.
