The property is located in a great area. I booked a room in Bellevue House, but received a room in Bellevue Inn. Was told it the same owner and everything is the same. We lived on the 3rd floor and it was a challenge to bring the luggage there. The breakfast was excellent, the lady serving it was very nice and friendly.

Charming inn!

We absolutely loved staying here. The location can not be beat. The room was very nice and much more updated than the rest of the inn. The breakfast was so delicious and all the staff was helpful and kind. I will definitely stay here again if I am in Newport.

Make sure you can do Apox. 30 stairs or more to your room if your on the top floor. Room is tight, but doable. Clean and comfortable

The staff was so accommodating and sweet. The front desk was willing to get us anything we needed. Everything we asked for was given to us promptly with a smile. The breakfast was lovely and I liked the music they had playing. Everyone was so eager to help. The area was perfect as well. We were able to walk to everything we wanted. The wharf was a great place to visit and a quick walk. Would love to go back for another visit. Really pleased with my stay especially the staff.

Great location in walking distance to everything in Newport. Only drawback was that there were 31 stairs to our third floor room. This was not revealed in description of room. Might be quite a problem for many tenants.
