Sitting just one block from Yaquina Bay, dining, art galleries, and fun museums are within easy walking distance, not to mention a great view of the water!



The cottage itself is bright and elegant. A living area offers a variety of furniture to relax and enjoy the stunning bay view, with a dining table for four in the corner. Books, board games, WiFi, and a flatscreen TV with DVD player provide entertainment, and a gas fireplace keeps the home cozy on stormy nights.



A fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to make delicious meals, plus bonus items like a waffle iron, mixer, blender, coffeemaker, and a dishwasher. Head outside to the patio area to enjoy a view with your morning coffee.



One bedroom and one full bath allows this home to sleep as many as three guests - in the bedroom is one twin bed, and a queen Murphy bed sleeps a couple in the living room, folding into the wall to make more space in the day. A sofabed gives the option for everyone to spread out, and one full bath has a walk-in shower and separate tub.

Our stay was absolutely delightful! Everything was super clean. The views were gorgeous, and the house was updated but still keeping inbeithbthe charm of the age of the home. It was lovely to wake up to the sound of the sea lions in the harbor. The neighborhood was quiet. There was adequate lighting outside when we came home after dark. Everything was just top notch!!

Had a great stay. Views of the Yaquina Bay were a highlight. Clean and cozy. The boy wants to give a special shout out to Chewby, a neighborhood cat that befriended him.

Perfect Cozy Getaway with an Amazing View

We had an incredible stay at this beach house! The view was absolutely breathtaking, and the cozy cabin vibe made it feel like a home away from home. The kitchen had everything we needed, and the location was ideal—just a short walk to Bayside restaurants and stores. The bed was super comfortable, and we loved the cute and cozy gas stove, which added such charm. The backyard was perfect for relaxing and enjoying the outdoors. It’s a great spot for a couple, with room for one more if needed. Highly recommend this gem for a relaxing escape!

Great stopover spot!

We were traveling home and decided to stay here for 1 night to repack/reset before hitting the road again. It was a great little spot! We loved the views of the boats and the sea lions. It’s studio style with a twin bedroom. The studio bed isn’t the most comfortable since it’s a Murphy bed style, but it was still great. Bathtub and bathroom were fantastic!

Always nice here!

We have stayed here many times and always love the area and location of this cottage. Since there is pay to park below it’s very convenient to be so close, and good to walk off all the treats!! We had very nice weather and the day it rained we did shopping and enjoyed the stove. It makes it so cozy. We will be back many more times for sure. We call it home away from home.

My wife and I spent 4 nights here in the Arden cottage. It was as advertised. Very nice views, close to everything. We liked the stove in the living room, cheerful as well as warming. The heated bathroom floor was also very nice. We had a great experience!
