Great location/facility for decompressing before heading into New York City. It serves a limited purpose. The hotel is dated, and a bit of a distance from the Newark Airport, but easily reachable by shuttle provided by the hotel. Excellent staff. Breakfast is well above-average. Try it.

Location, but….

The check in process was lengthy, as I had to complete a form with demographic information already in the reservation. The water in the tub did not run properly. Finally, why is someone from housekeeping knocking at the door to ask about when I was leaving, when ocheck out time is noon. The location is great for airport access, but the hotel is dated and work needs to be done.

Someone took my husband's toothbrush and toothpaste from the bathroom. They don't have a do-not-disturb sign to clean it in the morning for guests who want to sleep in the morning.

Check in not friendly, but OK. Asked for directions, didn't know, no offer to check into it. Shuttle is a very long walk/trams at airport, just take a cab, it's close
