Unfortunately, the front desk experience was disappointing. The staff did not greet us with a smile or a warm welcome and seemed generally disinterested. We were given very minimal information at check-in and had to ask all the basic questions ourselves. The staff appeared distracted throughout the interaction. We had booked two rooms, and expected a smoother, more attentive check-in process.

I loved that is was right across from the Jersey Gardens Mall and within walking distance. Also, loved that you had breakfast available onsite and if you wanted more you could walk right over to IHOP and for dinner Ruby Tuesday.

Decent stay

It is a decent option when you have to stay overnight to fly the next day. The shuttle from the airport was extremely late, they advertise as every 30 minutes but we waited an hour and then there was no room so we had to wait for them to come back. During this time many other hotel shuttles came and went. The water in the shower took a very long time to get warm and then turned cold again. Half of us had to take a cold shower. Breakfast was good and the staff was friendly.

The stay itself was very clean and comfortable. I would have put 5 stars if there hadn't been an issue with the free shuttle and customer service. It did not arrive when the front desk said it would at 4:45am, and no one would come to the counter when myself and others waiting on the shuttle tried to get help. I had to get an Uber so I wouldn't miss my flight.

The employee that checked us in was nothing short of rude. She gave no instructions on where to park or how to get to our room. I stood at the desk for a good 3 minutes before she even looked up from her phone. Horrible customer service. As someone who works in this industry, there is absolutely no excuse for this type of customer service.
