Nice clean, modern, and quiet room. Shuttle service was sketchy as they were supposed to run to the airport every half hour but the staff had to call them to get them rolling! Take a taxi instead. It's about 15 minutes from JFK which is a plus!

dirty room, sheets and blankets were gross. so muggy and moist in the room didn’t feel clean in the room when sleeping. so hot and humid in the room and super hot in the entire hotel hallways and lobby.

Convenient to airport, Nice sized room and great AC. Nice staff. One glitch was the fire alarm went off at 6 am, but glad it was a mistake and not in the middle of the night. Lots of people were staying here and enjoying the restaurant and bar.

Convenient location, nice room, nice staff. Neighborhood was a little rough, but that isn't the hotel's fault. The lobby needed a mop and vacuum, the front drive had litter, and some trim was off in the hall on our floor. But...the staff were slammed and the clientele were high-maintenance and not to tidy. So, not the staff's fault.

Staff was polite and helpful, and I was able to get an early check in due to them not having a luggage drop available. We were in town for a funeral, and needed to get over to relatives house without adding our luggage to what was already a fairly packed house. The room was nice, nothing special, starting to show the age of the building. Bedding was great, and comfortable. Getting an Uber from the property was really easy and arrived within a few minutes. Airport shuttle was free and runs every half hour. There was a mini fridge and microwave, which was an added surprise. Down sides were the door wouldn’t lock unless you slammed it shut really hard, which I am sure our neighbors probably did not appreciate. Speaking of bad neighbors, someone was smoking in their room, which managed to find its way to our room. It was so late and we just got back from the funeral so we didn’t call. The bathroom sink kept clogging up, the shower curtain doesn’t fit the shower area correctly so it leaks water onto the floor. The bathroom mat was tiny, and didn’t help with the water leaking out. The room was clean but the carpet was stained and probably needs to be replaced. Last minor complaint was we never got to taste those famous cookies you guys keep mentioning in your adds. Never saw any out, never was offered any, and kept forgetting to ask, the front desk was fairly busy all the time so wasn’t going to bother anyone. Overall it’s an okay hotel, for the price it should be better.
