The subway station is very close to the hotel and the surrounding area is not as loud and busy as I expected. Hotel still seems to be renovating or building but everything seems clean and organized. Staff were friendly. The balcony area is very nice - I wish I had more time to actually enjoy the space and view. Decent hotel overall.

The property is very stylishly designed and clean and bright. The rooms are so cute. We had a huge balcony. Staff was very nice. It is close to the subway but not much else. Fresh coffee and ice in the lobby. Some rooms need new mattresses but they will switch your room if you ask. When I complained about my mattress there was another lady doing the same thing.

I was very disappointed with my stay at the NOVA Hotel due to the inconsiatency of house keeping, our room was never refreshed, when placing the sign on our door. We constantly had to call the front desk for fresh towels daily, there ice machine was out the first night, the 2nd and 2rd night we called the front desk for ice and they never brought it to our room. They had mosquitoes terribly in the room. I was bit in 5 different areas of my body making it very difficult to sleep in there linen. Just an overall bad experience and I would not recommend this Hotel to anyone or return.

Spent 30 min getting tv fixed when we arrived. Finally turns on and while we're watching tv we're constantly losing connection. It happened nonstop for the 2 days. Tried 2 different wifi connections, both worked off and on. You get to a point where you dont want to continue asking for something to work

Nova hotel while looking nice on the outside is dirty, loud and filled with fruit flies. A few things that really made our stay unpleasant - dirty shower/mold, loud pipes from other rooms when they used the shower (our wall would vibrate), and the presence of fruit flies throughout the entire hotel and in our room. The lighting and fans in the bathroom did not work. The staff is friendly enough however, this hotel needs a top to bottom deep clean.

The hotel is great, zero complaints and great value. The area around the hotel was a bit rundown and there was lots of construction. But it doesn’t affect the quality inside the hospital. There was no noise inside.
