Enjoyed our stay at the cottage which was spacious and the kitchen well appointed. Plenty of gathering spaces inside the cottage, front porch, and backyard screened in porch. House could use a good dusting of the base boards and ceiling corners. Beach access was a short 10 minute walk over a steep hill and down a flight of stairs (good work out). Fabulous evening sunset at a viewing point at the end of the street. Heated pool was a plus, but needed the bottom vacuumed of debris. Brief 15 minute walk to the local village park with tennis/pickleball, basketball, volleyball courts, and playground. Brief drive to New Buffalo or Michigan City for shops, restaurants, and more beaches.
