AMERON Neuschwanstein Alpsee Resort & Spa
"Great location! We had a long wait in the bar for lunch which almost made us miss our tour time, but otherwise the service and food were excellent. The breakfast was great!"

Moserhof
"Bar and restaurant staff were very rude. Everything felt like a huge ask. Very standoffish and sometimes plain ignored guests. I think they may need some training on customer service. General staff not very warm and friendly"

"We had a very pleasant stay at this property. The hotel was clean and well-maintained, and the breakfast was excellent fresh, varied, and a great way to start the day. The location is a major highlight: it’s only about 15 minutes by car to Eibsee and Zugspitze, and just 5 minutes to the city center. ..."

Wittelsbacher Hof Swiss Quality Hotel
"If you're a frequent traveler in Europe, you will know the vibe. It's been awhile since they've done any remodeling so it feels like a bit of a throwback, but hey it's nice not to stay in some overly tricked out boutique hotel. The back courtyard is really lovely and a great place to have breakfast ..."

"Everything was perfect! Wr loved and enjoyed our stay so much. The only detail we found was in the kids area, which was quite dirty (no talking about kids dirty), but a lot of dirt and and spider webs. Besides that, everything excellent!"

Hotel Rheinischer Hof
"We had a very pleasant stay at this property. The hotel was clean and well-maintained, and the breakfast was excellent fresh, varied, and a great way to start the day. The location is a major highlight: it’s only about 15 minutes by car to Eibsee and Zugspitze, and just 5 minutes to the city center. You can also enjoy a comfortable 15-minute walk into town, and there’s a convenient bus stop right in front of the property. The room itself offered an amazing view, which really added to the overall experience. The staff were friendly and welcoming throughout our stay. There are a couple of minor downsides. The pillows were not very comfortable, and the bed was made up of two single beds pushed together rather than a true queen or king. The shower is also on the smaller side, though it’s manageable and the water pressure is good. Overall, a great stay with a few small areas for improvement."
