The visual esthetic of the hotel is very seductive. However my visual play was displeasingly distrurbed at check-in. Please make sure if you book a room at this location that you will be able to valet your car on property, plan ahead. Parking is subject to availability at the time of your arrival and is not included with your stay. It is an additional fee of $54 to valet your car on site which is fine. What is not acceptable is I was told on arrival that I had to use public parking due to the lack of spaces for hotel guest as the hotel has shared parking with the residential portion of the hotel. The check in clerk was short with me about explaining and finding parking. The valet however was very helpful in giving my husband directions on paid parking options. Public parking was approximately $30 and the distance between the available and hotel was reasonable for a young man in the evening not something recommended for a single woman. I also found it very distasteful that I reserved a double and I was asked twice " Did I really need a double?" Which I booked and pre-paid for on March 3rd for the number of beds I needed for my family of four ,one night stay on March 22nd. The accommodations were diminutive, but very modern chic. The room furnished with pattern,neutral hues, a myriad of textiles and texures accompanied with handsome fixtures and wood finishes, and exceptionally cleanliness. A congenial welcome was displayed on the tv screen.

We wanted to be fairly close to the action on Broadway. Hotel Fraye is close enough to walk but far away enough to have a calm surroundings. It rained all day Saturday so we did end up taking an Uber to the Bridgestone Arena.

Great property with very friendly and helpful staff. Not walking distance to the major sites, but Uber was easy and not expensive. You cannot turn off the fan in the bathroom which drove us a bit nuts, so we kept the bathroom door closed. Elegant, fun, hip vibe and would stay there again.

The only problem i had with the property was the bar. There ate two bars at this location but the drink options are very slim and they were hardly staffed whenever we attempted to have drinks.Everything else was nice!

The property was overall beautiful. Nice rooms and loved the lighting options. Clean modern bathrooms, but shower pressure was so low. Staff was friendly during the daytime. But one night at 3am called to see if I can have someone bring up some Tylenol, however front desk said they can’t cause we need to pay for it and nobody available to do it. However went down and they billed to my room and their were two staff members sitting on their phones! Rooftop bar atmosphere & fire pit was very romantic. The bartender was friendly helpful to get us warm water when front desk claimed it was unavailable. The daily valet rate was bit pricey for a Hilton, but the area in general has high prices for parking. Breakfast was not pleasant and very limited choices.
