Absolutely fabulous after a long flight it was easy to find via train, check in a breeze! Our room was bigger than I expected and the beds and bedding 10/10. We will stay here again on our way home.

Close to train station, temple, shopping and Lawson’s. Nice touch with the buffet of extra amenities like face masks, razors, toothbrushes, creams and more. Great place to stay close to airport for one night with the ability to explore. Room was spacious enough for us and enjoyed the shuttle to back to the airport. Carpet was a little on the worn side but we wore the slippers provided. Would definitely stay here in the future.

Great room, not small like what’s usually available at Tokyo. Really nice spread for breakfast. Staffs were really kind and helpful, they helped me with my taxi booking each of the morning I was there. Will definitely be back.

Property had hidden late check out fees that were not shared until it was too late. Property also had very very limited airport shuttle times. The last shuttle left at 10:30 am and was booked full the day before. The property was also very out of date and was dirty. I would not recommend it.

Super friendly staff, many if them can speak different languages in order to help accommodate guests from many different countries. Rooms were spacious and clean. The hotel is close to keisei station anf narita JR station aswell as many convenience stores. Overall we had a great stay and will definitely stay here again in the future.

Very nice hotel, walkable from the train station. It's also not far from the main historic shopping/dining street leading to Naritasan Shinsho-ji Temple. We would recommend Narita Town and this hotel as a great stop before flying out from Narita the following day, which is what we did.
