Very noisy. Groups partying outside by the lake until way past the 11pm 'required' quiet time. Kids running down the hall yelling well before 8am. Breakfast area way too small for the number of guests. Not space for everyone to sit down. No clean cutlery - out of coffee, fruit & eggs by 8am. No condiments for toast/bagels except butter. Very disappointing. Room was clean and super comfortable.

We brought our dog. Spent 3 nights. One of the best vacations we had. Room has sliding door to the lawn which our dog loves so much. Hotel is by the lake. I just cant imagine the activities durung summer.

We were not told at check-in there was a parking fee, nor was there any mention of it at the time on their website. They sent the invoice and receipt for it after we got home. It's a hotel in suburbia with a big parking lot. I contacted them twice, but they did not reply. Not impressed. We should have been told there was a charge either at check-in or at checkout.

This property is very well groomed and very lovely. It is conveniently situated near shopping,etc. The breakfast is more extensive then a continental breakfast as advertised for which we were pleasantly happy about! Very nice hot tub as well! Would consider coming back.

Parking fee of ten bucks? Why??? This is Nanaimo, not downtown Vancouver, or Victoria. Cash grab. Totally a cash grab. Hotel is great, but there are parts that are outdated, and a pressure wash of the nice path beside the lake would be a good idea. GOOSE POOP
