This was my second stay at Hyatt Mystic. It’s very clean with spacious rooms. Very nice mattresses and a good breakfast. A great place to stay when visiting Mystic. Be sure to grab dinner at Andiamo’s across the street.

Nice features in 3 adult room. 2 queens and sleeper. Plenty of room for us. Handy to have sink outside of shower/toilet. Not much storage room however. Seems pricey per night rate. Got a deal through Expedia. Doubt we would have stayed at full price rate. Once your own room is quiet, there is lot of noise from hallway ate night and early morning

I was booked for the hotel had a family emergency I reached out to Expedia to let them know I’ll be arriving after 8pm since I was driving from far I sent another message that I won’t be arriving until after midnight. When I arrived I was told my reservation was cancelled by the hotel as a no show, not just one night the entire reservation and the hotel is sold out but they charged me for the entire reservation. The female at the Hyatt counter wanted me as the consumer to find out why the hotel did not receive my message. The manager of the Hyatt was helpful. The manager refunded the cancellation and explained that although I notify Expedia, Expedia does not notify the hotel. We were able to book elsewhere.

Excellent stay. Room and amenities were wonderful. My wife is very sensitive to smells and I was very worrisome about reserving sight unseen. To my pleasure, she loved it and had no ill effects from smells (pool, cleaners, etc.).

Will definitely revisit the Hyatt next visit.

My daughter and I were in Mystic for a quick fun getaway. We found the Hyatt to be a very nice place to stay. Friendly helpful staff, rooms are clean, spacious and comfortable. Breakfast was good with many options. Very close to Mystic aquarium and other attractions. We easily accessed an Uber for transport to Foxwoods.
