Housekeeping was not very friendly, room had makeup/handprints all over the bathroom. Stayed here with family who had issues in both of their rooms as well…puddles on the floor from housekeeping, a brown substance smeared on the back of the bathroom door and the rooms smelled very musty.

Our room had a very strong odor of chlorine upon entering. The front desk said they did not have another room to change us to. The room was humid and everything had moisture on it. Everything in the room was rusted. The room was not clean and the floors were slippery from whatever they attempted to clean the floors with.

Pros: Great location, nice staff, free 24/7 coffee in lounge, rooms are ok but clean. Cons: Breakfast is meh (its free though...) and the room had a weird a/c smell to it. We bought an air freshener and were fine; became nose blind in a day or 2. Overall good experience; would definitely stay again.

Close proximity to the beach. Room was clean.The wifi was really alow. Tell was older hotel that has some upgrades. Room didn't get cool enough for me. Had tub/shower combo. So if you have back problems like me lifting your leg up over the tub to stand in the shower. Recommend getting handicap room. Hopefully the will upgrade to Walk-in showers soon.

Nothing wrong with the place. It's just a busy summer hotel in a busy place. It was clean enough but it's hard to keep common areas as clean as they could be with that much traffic. Room was a little musty but that's to be expected with the humidity present this time of year. The beds are comfortable. The breakfast is above and beyond for a hotel at this level. The staff there (Sally) really try their best. Front desk staff was courteous and professional. One word of advice. Not so much a criticism of the hotel because they're probably isn't much they can do. If you use the bathroom there, do yourself a favor and give a quick courtesy flush! The capacity of their toilets on the bottom floor at least to provide a powerful flush is weak. I say this as someone who has faced this issue on my last two stays at this hotel. Yes I had to go ask for a plunger. 😔

Very clean all around. Staff was helpful and friendly. Breakfast was ok. Pool was much smaller than expected. They need some umbrellas, too hot n sunny to sit at the pool for any length of time.
