This was my first time booking with VRBO and it was a total nightmare.

We originally booked an in-law suite at a private residence with a private entrance. When we got to the address it was a motel 6 that we did not want or make reservations at but we're stuck at. We went to check out a day early they didn't have us in the system whoever has the property that we originally signed up for did a bait and switch. We were not happy with our accommodations at all. The motel was dirty and we had to be switched into three rooms till we got the correct accommodations. This property has not been well maintained or taken care of piles of trash everywhere at the bottom of the stairwells.
