Check in was smooth, rooms spacious and clean. The spa was lovely to relax after a day of walking and breakfast was good. Ideal location steps away from the old town and the tram/bus stop. The only criticism I have is that the pillows are thin as pancakes.

"A splendid boutique hotel located in a quiet corner of the old town in Bratislava. Rooms were well appointed with an opulent feel and the beds were comfortable with a choice of luxurious pillows. The breakfast buffet had a huge choice of options and the staff were lovely: friendly, attentive and helpful. The adjacent restaurant was great value with high quality food beautifully presented.
