The staff friendliness and competence, the quality of accommodation, food, location, walkability, availability of public transport exceeded all our expectation. This hotel is right at the pinnacle of global hotel hospitality. The city itself is very interesting - but the additional bonus is that it is only about 40 km from Vienna.

Staff was the best part. Front desk above and beyond expecially Natalia. The sever male at the mirror bar the best. Well informed about menu and was a fun host.
