I stayed at this hotel for 10 nights in December, and is my second time staying here. The location is great, with a 7-10min walk to the old town. Was very convenient to explore the Christmas markets and the surrounding areas. The hotel itself is clean and safe. My room was serviced every day. The hotel lobby bar was quite nice, food was good. I would definitely book another stay at this hotel.

Location for old town is ok. Only 5 euro from train station to hotel. What bothered me most was 3 empty desks and only ONE person doing check in while the manager was watching the trainee do check ins. It took 38 minutes to check in.
